Partner Program

Add identity to your portfolio.
Then own the delivery.

Three partnership levels, a certification path and an onboarding programme that ends with your first customer live. Which level fits is a question about your plan, not about how much we would like you to spend.

Where you fit

Three ways to work with us

The programme is the same; what differs is what you bring to it.

Distributor

You already reach markets we do not. Distributors extend where Monokee is available, bringing existing networks and market knowledge to businesses that would otherwise never hear of us.

System Integrator

You put it to work. Integrators tailor and implement Monokee inside environments that already exist, which is where most of the difficulty in an identity project actually lives.

Technology Partner

Your technology and ours are better together. Identity verification, antifraud, credentials, devices: capabilities that become nodes in a journey rather than a separate integration each customer has to build.

Partnership levels

Basic, Premium, Platinum

One decision underneath all three: how much of the delivery you want to own. Certified partners deliver services directly to their customers, and are granted more favourable commercial conditions.

Basic

Entry level

The smallest possible investment.

For companies that want to add Monokee to their offering without committing up front. Suited to smaller vendors already working in cybersecurity and looking for a best-of-breed IAM solution to go to market with, at very affordable setup costs.

  • Entry level, no certification required
  • Monokee Cloud or on-premises delivery

Premium

Certified

A medium-term plan.

For vendors already dealing with other IAM solutions and looking for a top-notch alternative. Certification unlocks the ability to deliver services directly, on your own infrastructure, under your own brand of support.

  • Certified partner status
  • 2 certified technicians and 1 certified sales
  • Certified infrastructure

Platinum

Certified

A long-term plan.

For system integrators with proven cross-sell capability and strong market penetration, missing a powerful IAM solution. A full start-up experience, invested in maximising go-to-market, sales efficiency and return.

  • Certified partner status
  • 4 certified technicians and 2 certified sales
  • Certified infrastructure

Discounts, targets and revenue split are set per level and discussed directly — write to us and we will walk you through the numbers that apply to your case.

Certification

Nobody starts certified

Certification is what separates reselling from delivering. It is also the only thing standing between Basic and the other two levels.

  1. 01

    Everyone starts as Basic

There is no application to win. You join at Basic and you are selling; what changes afterwards is how much of the delivery and the relationship you own.

  2. 02

    Get certified

Premium and Platinum require a Monokee Certification. Two routes lead there: enrolling at least two of your people into Monokee Academy, or purchasing the Induction Service Package.

  3. 03

    Become a Certified Partner

A Certified Partner has the knowledge, resources and capability to deliver installation, configuration, training and support to its own customers, following Monokee practice and standards.

Induction services

Getting to the first customer

Monokee is a substantial piece of technology, and pretending otherwise would only move the difficulty to the point where it costs the most: your first project. The Induction Service Package exists to shorten that stretch deliberately.

A Monokee Specialist is assigned to supervise the induction and works alongside your team until the knowledge is genuinely transferred. It covers installation and configuration, training, and assistance in installing the first customer — delivered remotely or at your location.

  • Installation and configurationYour environment, set up with you rather than for you
  • TrainingThe competencies needed to be operational, not a product tour
  • First customerAssistance through the project that teaches the most
  • A named specialistOne person accountable for the induction end to end
How it runs

Infrastructure, pricing, agreement

Where it runs

Monokee Cloud or on premises, at every level. On-premises installation is granted on the end customer's request, on the customer's own infrastructure. Certified partners additionally run a certified infrastructure of their own.

How it is priced

Monokee is sold as a service and priced through the Monokee Price Calculator, a web application that returns the price for a given configuration. Every partner gets credentials for it, so a quote does not depend on waiting for us.

What it covers

The calculator prices the services you ask Monokee to provide. Anything you deliver to your own customers is yours to price — the programme is not designed to sit between you and your services revenue.

How long it lasts

Partnership agreements run for one year and renew automatically unless either side gives notice at least one month before the renewal date. Additional contractual terms are covered in the Partnership Agreement itself.
